Very private house in Port Soller over-looking sea with magnificent views.The house is newly built in traditional Mallorcan stone and covers 500m2 with a further 317,000m2 of land. It is a 5 minute drive along a spectacular winding coastal road to Port de Soller and the Repic beach. The Faro restaurant is a short walk from the house.

Outside, large terraces surround the house and offer a 180 degree view of the sea and Port de Soller. There is a large pool, also with sea views and an outdoor shower and fridge. Just outside the kitchen there is a herb garden and a vegetable garden close to the pool.

In the interior of the house, the entrance hall leads to the large, airy living room with open fireplace and French windows making the most of the spectacular views. The open plan dining room has a bar area and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped including cooker, large fridge with ice maker and separate wine fridge and freezer, dish washer and breakfast bar. All downstairs rooms have ceiling fans. There is also a sitting area off kitchen with sofas and a fireplace. Satellite TV, stereo and Wifi. On this floor there is also a utility room holding a washing machine and dryer and a guest WC.

Stairs lead to the first floor with an open office area at the top. The children′s room has a single bed room with roll away bed underneath and shares a bathroom with shower only with a second room with twin beds. The master bedroom has king-size bed, TV, dressing room and large bathroom with bath, separate shower and two hand basins. The master bedroom has access to a private terrace. The fourth bedroom has a king-size bed and sofa bed, and ensuite bathroom with separate shower and double hand basins. The fifth bedroom has private entrance and includes a small bathroom and kitchenette.
