Villa Florence is situated on the exclusive El Madronal estate above Marbella, overlooking the Benahavis hills and the blue waters of the Mediterranean sea below. This luxurious, gated development houses some of the finest properties in the region and is a bit of a well kept secret. Offering 24 hour security, it is extremely private and peaceful and the rolling wooded hills surrounding the villa make it hard to believe you’re only a short 10 minute drive from the vibrant marina at Puerto Banus. The ancient hilltop town of Ronda is 30 minutes away by car and is steeped in history with it’s deep gorges and fascinating cultural heritage.

There are fantastic facilities at this villa and we think it’s the perfect place to host a special party. The rooms are spacious, luxurious and filled with natural light but they’re not at all fussy. Amongst the many alluring features is a bar with a dance floor for up to 60 people! Perfect for a big celebration! The vast games room provides the opportunity for further entertainment with huge sofas, a billiards table and table tennis table. There is also a dedicated cinema room and two 50 inch, flatscreen TVs. Don’t spend all your time inside however, the infinity pool , which sits below the property in the large landscaped garden, is absolute heaven on a lazy afternoon.

As with the other property we feature in El Madronal (Villa Raphael), Villa Florence has a separate, self contained duplex apartment with a galleried bedroom and private terrace. The main house has 5, beautifully furnished bedrooms each with it’s own bathroom finished in luxurious Italian marble.

Why not decide to have dinner al fresco one evening and let your chef cook up a delicious BBQ supper to be enjoyed on the outdoor terrace? Then have your chauffeur take you down to explore the cosmopolitan vibe at Puerto Banus’s many chic bars and restaurants.


Please note: the twin bedrooms can be made up as triples and the apartment has a sofa bed therefore it is possible for the villa to accommodate an additional 4 guests if required.
