The owners of this wonderful property have created a perfect villa for families and groups. From the sophisticated, yet slightly quirky interiors, to the beautifully designed outside areas, the attention to detail is superb and you would want for nothing if you stayed here. Yet there is still a feeling of comfort and ease that makes this a great place to bring families and which would make you feel at home and relaxed straight away.

The Villa has an imaginative layout as it is perched on the edge of a hillside in the very exclusive KM 5 area (so called because it’s situated 5 Kms from Ibiza town) and the secluded and private location is truly peaceful and tranquil. As the villa is quite high up, the views of pine-clad hills towards the sea are spectacular, and the nearest beaches at Cala Jondals and Salinas are only a few minutes drive away.

The open–plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas are well-equipped and comfortable, with balconies and sea views. 3 bedrooms are situated in the first floor and the 4th bedroom is on the lower-ground level next to the swimming pool. This bedroom is accessed by outside stairs and has its own private terrace and seating area.

All of the bedrooms have been thoughtfully and comfortably furnished and are spacious and light, with fantastic bathrooms and dressing areas. The first floor bedrooms all have balcony access and breath-taking views.

One of the many things that makes this villa so special are the outside spaces – the decks and terraces are on several levels and have amazing designer furniture, including some Balinese houses that offer shaded, comfortable areas for the ultimate in holiday relaxation. The entire roof is decked out as a roof terrace with a cool bar area – perfect for parties with the ultimate in views. The overflow pool is the perfect size and there is also a tennis court which is shared with a nearby property.

Should you need more than 4 bedrooms, or should your party include guests who wish for slightly more peace or privacy, there is a fabulous, beautifully decorated guest cottage, with its own private garden, Jacuzzi and kitchen, situated down a path at the bottom of the garden, available in addition to the main villa.
